The MCA has a one phase cycle – no need to pre-bend the two edges of the plate first, and then roll, as on any three roll. The operator should find one only position for each side roll, to get part finished. The machine is controlled, by an entry-level, user-friendly CNC, to roll parts in automatic mode. More powerful DAVI CNCs controls are self-programmable, without the need of experienced operators. Both clamping rolls are powered, with two independent hydraulic motors, and they are braked hydraulically, safely. Plates are loaded horizontally to allow the use of an in-feed conveyor and automated loading and unloading systems.
