MCB is the most high-tech in “high productive mid-heavy application” in the market. It utilizes one phase cycle – no need to pre-bend the two edges of the plate first, and then roll, as on any three roll. It is controlled, in entry-level, by a user-friendly CNC, to roll parts in automatic mode. More powerful DAVI CNCs (the most advanced in the industry, until those selected by NASA), are self-programmable, without the need of experienced operators. Both clamping rolls are powered, with two independent hydraulic motors. Plates are loaded horizontally to allow the use of an in-feed conveyor and automated loading and unloading systems.
